By using ENVzy, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. It’s that simple.

2. The BYOH Model

You understand that ENVzy is a “Bring Your Own Host” platform. You are responsible for the infrastructure costs and security of the servers you connect to ENVzy.

3. Usage-Based Pricing

We charge based on usage. You will be billed for what you use. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the control plane services.

4. No Lock-in

We won’t hold your data hostage. You can export your configurations and stop using the service at any time.

5. Liability

We provide the software “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime and perfect security, we cannot be held liable for issues arising from your own infrastructure or third-party providers.
